JobsDXB, a UAE job board built end to end.

 

A job board for the UAE and remote roles. It pulls openings straight from companies' own applicant tracking systems and refreshes them through the day, so every role a candidate sees is genuinely current, then layers AI CV analysis, cover letters, and job matching on top.

 The challenge 

Most job sites recirculate the same months-old listings. JobsDXB doesn't.

 

Job seekers in the UAE scroll through boards full of expired and duplicated roles, positions filled weeks ago and reposted by aggregators chasing clicks. The signal is buried in noise, and it wastes the time of the people who can least afford to waste it. The goal was a board where every role on screen is real and current, and where an applicant gets genuine help rather than another paywall.

 What we built 01 

### Multi-source job-ingestion pipeline

 

Roles are pulled straight from companies' own applicant tracking systems, Greenhouse, Lever, SmartRecruiters, Workday and Teamtailor, and refreshed through the day. Everything is scoped to the UAE and genuinely-remote positions, so more than 1,500 current roles across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and remote sit live at any time.

### AI CV and cover-letter engine

 

A paid membership reads a candidate's CV, scores it for ATS compatibility, tailors it to a specific role, and drafts cover letters. Matching surfaces the openings that actually fit, so applicants spend time on roles worth applying to.

### ATS-compliant resume builder

 

A CV builder with recruiter-safe templates that parse cleanly through applicant tracking systems, PDF export, and a scoring panel that shows exactly what to fix before applying.

### Engineered for Google for Jobs

 

Every listing is marked up for Google for Jobs and Bing and submitted to the search engines the moment it publishes, so new roles show up in results in hours rather than days.

### Accounts, billing and sign-in

 

Google and LinkedIn sign-in, Stripe-backed subscription billing, and a free tier that means something: browsing and searching cost nothing, and the AI layer is the paid upgrade.

### Search-first product on Laravel

 

A full-stack Laravel and PostgreSQL app with a fast, search-first interface built around how people actually look for work: role, city, industry, experience, remote or onsite. Deployed on a Netcup VPS behind Coolify and Cloudflare.
