High-traffic property search platform.

 

A property search site that handles thousands of listings, filters in real time, and routes every lead into the CRM without a manual step in between.

 The challenge 

Thousands of listings, a CRM that wouldn't deduplicate, and a search experience that forced users through five pages to filter by two criteria.

 

The existing site was a standard WordPress listing template bolted to plugins that didn't talk to each other. Leads came in through three forms that fed three different inboxes. Nothing synced to the CRM automatically. Agents were re-keying the same inquiries.

### Custom post type for listings

 

Every property is a first-class content type with structured fields (price, beds, area, developer, status). Editors manage listings without touching plugins.

### Real-time filter UI

 

Facets reload results via a single API endpoint. No full page refreshes. SEO-friendly URLs for every filter combination.

### One lead path

 

Every CTA — inquiry, WhatsApp, call, brochure download — flows through a single webhook into Kommo. Deduplicated by phone + email.

### Performance budget

 

Lazy-loaded images, above-the-fold critical CSS, no jQuery. Lighthouse performance 95+ on mobile.
